摘要:
目的 探讨左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎的疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法 选取2017年2月~2019年2月我院收治的老年肺炎患者76例作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为研究组和对照组，各38例。对照组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗，研究组给予左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及肺功能[第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值（FEV1/FVC）]。结果 研究组治疗总效有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的76.32%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组FEV1、FEV1/FVC改善水平优于对照组[（3.54±0.32）L vs（2.60±0.52）L]、[（87.15±5.21）% vs （75.64±4.55）%]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为5.26%，低于对照组的18.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎疗效确切，可有效缓解患者临床症状，促进肺功能恢复，且联合用药可降低不良反应发生率，安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of senile pneumonia and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given cefoperazone sulbactam, and the study group was given levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rates, and lung function were compared between the two groups [forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), forced expiratory volume in one second occupies the vital capacity ratio (FEV1/FVC)].Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.74%, which was higher than 76.32% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement level of FEV1, FEV1/FVC in the study group was better than the control group [(3.54±0.32)L vs (2.60±0.52)L], [(87.15±5.21)% vs (75.64±4.55)%], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.26%,It was lower than 18.42% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam is effective in treating elderly patients with pneumonia. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of lung function. The combined use can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
