摘要:
目的 探讨改进管理措施对《出生医学证明》签发的影响。方法 选取本院产科2009年1月~2018年9月签发的27480份《出生医学证明》为研究对象,以2014年1月为界限分为A组(改进前)和B组(改进后),A组采用传统管理措施,B组采用规范化、科学化、人性化管理措施,比较两组《出生医学证明》首次签发率、废证率、换证率、废证及换证原因。结果 B组首次签发率、废证率及换证率分别为99.34%、0.07%、0.14%,均优于A组的81.25%、2.33%、2.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组废证原因主要为打印错误及其他,其中B组打印错误发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组换证原因包括私拆副页及乱涂乱改、打印错误、严重损坏等,其中B组私拆副页及乱涂乱改、打印错误、军官证号改换身份证号、亲子鉴定更改父亲母亲信息发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 我院对《出生医学证明》签发管理改进后,有效提高了新生儿《出生医学证明》签发率,降低了废证率和换证率,同时还减少了产妇和工作人员不必要的麻烦和医患纠纷,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of improved management measures on the issuance of Birth Medical Certificate. Methods 27480 “Birth Medical Certificate” issued by the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2009 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. With January 2014 as the boundary, it is divided into group A (before improvement) and group B (after improvement). Group A adopts traditional management measures, and group B adopts standardized, scientific and humanized management measures. Compare the rate of initial issuance, the rate of invalidation, the rate of replacement of certificates, the reasons for voiding and replacement of the Birth Medical Certificate between the two groups.Results The rate of initial issuance, the rate of invalidation and the rate of certificate replacement in group B were 99.34%, 0.07%, and 0.14%, respectively, which were better than those in group A, 81.25%, 2.33%, and 2.28%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the reasons for the invalidation of the two groups were mainly printing errors and others. The incidence of printing errors in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The reasons include private demolition of secondary pages and scrambling, printing errors, serious damage, etc., among which group B private demolition of secondary pages and scrambling, misprinting, printing errors, military officer ID number replacement ID number, paternity test changes father and mother information rate was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the improvement of the management of the issuance of Birth Medical Certificate in our hospital,which has effectively increased the rate of issuance of the Birth Medical Certificate of newborns, reduced the rate of invalidation and replacement of certificates, and also reduced unnecessary troubles for pregnant women and staff. Doctor-patient disputes are worthy of clinical application.
