摘要:
目的 探讨动脉介入溶栓术对急性脑梗死患者血清BNP、Hcy水平的影响。方法 选择2018年2月~2019年7月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组行静脉阿替普酶(rt-PA)溶栓治疗,观察组行动脉介入rt-PA溶栓治疗,比较两组血清BNP、Hcy水平变化以及神经功能(NIHSS)评分。结果 治疗后观察组血清BNP水平为(165.85±108.41)ng/ml、Hcy水平为(14.77±5.11)μmol/L,均低于对照组的(236.845±195.85)ng/ml、(19.85±3.52)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分为(19.08±2.16)分,低于对照组的(22.85±2.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者经动脉介入溶栓术治疗有助于降低血清中BNP和Hcy水平,促进神经功能恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of arterial interventional thrombolysis on serum BNP and Hcy levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous alteplase (rt-PA) thrombolytic therapy, and the observation group received arterial intervention rt-PA thrombolytic therapy, comparing the changes of serum BNP and Hcy levels and neurological function (NIHSS) scores between the two groups.Results After treatment, the serum BNP level in the observation group was (165.85 ± 108.41) ng/ml and the Hcy level was (14.77±5.11) μmol/L, which were lower than the control group’s (236.845±195.85) ng/ml and (19.85±3.52) μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment was (19.08±2.16) points, which was lower than that of the control group (22.85±2.47), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients through arterial intervention thrombolysis can help to reduce the serum BNP and Hcy levels and promote the recovery of nerve function.
