摘要:
目的 探讨精细化管理在本科学历护士规范化培训中的效果。方法 选取2016年7月~2018年6月我院实施精细化管理的本科学历规范化培训护士120名作为观察组，另将2012年7月~2016年6月未实施精细化管理的本科学历规范化培训护士120名作为对照组，比较两组比较两组护理质量（基础护理、急救物品管理、护理文件书写、消毒隔离、操作技术）、不良不良事件发生情况及患者投诉情况。结果 观察组基础护理、急救物品管理、护理文件书写、消毒隔离、操作技术护理质量得分高于对照组，差异有有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组输液错误、配液错误、配伍禁忌、医嘱执行错误、医嘱漏执行、执行单打印错误、漏签字、计费错误发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组投诉发生率为1.67%，低于对照组的9.17%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化管理应用在本科学历护士规范化培训中， 可减少护理操作中不良事件发生几率，提高护理工作能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of refined management in the standardized training of nurses with bachelor degree.Methods From July 2016 to June 2018, 120 nurses in our hospital who implemented standardized management of the bachelor degree in standardized management were selected as the observation group. In addition, standardized training of the bachelor’s degree that was not implemented in the refined management from July 2012 to June 2016 was selected. 120 nurses served as a control group, comparing the quality of care between the two groups (basic care, first aid management, nursing document writing, disinfection and isolation, operation techniques), the occurrence of adverse events and patient complaints. Results The observation group’s basic nursing, first aid article management, nursing document writing, disinfection and isolation, and operation technology nursing quality scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group’s infusion errors, fluid preparation errors, compatibility taboos, medical order execution errors, medical order missed executions, execution order printing errors, missing signatures, and billing error incidence rates were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complaints in the observation group was 1.67%, which was lower than 9.17% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in the standardized training of nurses with bachelor’s degree can reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing operations and improve the ability of nursing work.
