摘要:
目的 观察心血管内科住院患者护理工作情况，分析实施8S护理管理模式干预，对患者住院舒适度及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1~12月在本院心血管内科接受治疗的患者60例为研究对象，2019年1~6月的患者设为对照组，给予常规护理管理，2019年7~12月设为研究组，给予8S护理管理模式，每组30例。比较两组入院14天时住院舒适度评分、入院时及入院14 d睡眠情况以及负性心理情绪。结果 研究组入院14 d时住院舒适度情况总评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组入院时睡眠质量情况评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；入院14 d时研究组睡眠质量情况评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组负性心理情绪评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心血管内科住院患者临床治疗期间接受8S护理管理模式干预有助于改善住院舒适度，改善睡眠质量及负性情绪。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the nursing work of inpatients in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, and analyze the effect of implementing 8S nursing management mode intervention on the comfort and sleep quality of patients in hospital.Methods 60 patients who were treated in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group and were given routine care management. The patients from July to December 2019 were set as the study group was given 8S nursing management mode, 30 cases in each group. The scores of hospital comfort at 14 days of admission, sleep conditions at and 14 days of admission, and negative psychological emotions were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of hospital comfort in the study group was higher than that of the control group at 14 days after admission(P＜0.05); the difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups at admission was not statistically significant (P＞0.05); 14 days after admission the score of sleep quality in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The negative psychological emotion score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of 8S nursing management mode for inpatients in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine during clinical treatment can help improve hospitalization comfort, sleep quality and negative emotions.
