摘要:
目的 通过对南京市某三级甲等医院2012~2016年住院患者死亡原因统计，为医院专科建设与管理及疾病防治提供科学依据。方法 疾病分类以ICD-10为标准，应用excel软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 该院前十位死亡疾病分类主要集中在心脑血管疾病（28.59%）、恶性肿瘤（17.92%）、肺部感染（8.37%）、颅脑损伤（4.45%）；肺部感染死亡平均年龄最大81岁，颅脑损伤死亡平均年龄最小62岁。结论 针对多种病因，该院应积极创新新型诊疗模式及重视患者心肺康复，为患者建立健全健康管理系统并积极参与院内院外宣教工作，以期提升全民整体健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the causes of death among hospitalized patients in a third class a hospital; in Nanjing from 2012 to 2016 and provide a scientific basis for the construction and management of hospital specialties and disease prevention and control.Methods Disease classification to ICD-10 as the standard,the use of excel software for statistical analysis of the data.Results The classification of the top ten deaths in the hospital mainly included cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(28.59%),malignant tumors(17.92%),pulmonary infection(8.37%)and craniocerebral injury(4.45%).The average age of death from pulmonary infection The maximum age of 81,the average age of brain injury death minimum of 62 years.Conclusion For a variety of causes,the hospital should actively innovate new diagnosis and treatment mode and attach importance to cardiopulmonary rehabilitation,establish and improve healthy management system for patients and actively participate in the hospital out-hospital missionary work so as to enhance the overall health of the entire population.
