摘要:
目的 探讨心理护理联合个体化健康教育模式在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年7月~2019年7月天津市河西医院妇产科就诊的122例患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表分为干预组和常规组，各61例。常规组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上采用心理护理联合个体化健康教育护理干预，比较两组干预前后广泛性焦虑自评量表（GAD-7）、抑郁自评量表（PHQ-9）、疾病健康知识认知水平、生活质量SF-36量表评分以及护理满意度。结果 干预后，干预组GAD-7、PHQ-9评分均低于常规组，疾病健康知识认知评分、患者心理健康、社会功能、物质生活、活力、情感职能、生理功能评分高于常规组（P＜0.05）；干预组患者护理满意度为98.36%，高于常规组的83.61%（P＜0.05）。结论 妇产科患者临床护理中应用心理护理联合个体化健康教育模式护理可改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良情绪，提高患者疾病健康知识认知水平，改善患者生活质量，对提高患者满意度具有积极的促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with individualized health education model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 122 patients who attended the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Tianjin Hexi Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into intervention group and routine group, with 61 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the routine group, and psychological nursing combined with individualized health education and nursing intervention was used in the intervention group. The general anxiety self-rating scale (GAD-7), depression self-rating scale (PHQ-9), disease and health were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Knowledge level, quality of life SF-36 scale score and nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention, the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the scores of disease and health knowledge, patient mental health, social function, material life, vitality, emotional function, and physiological function were higher than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was 98.36%, which was higher than 83.61% in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with individualized health education model nursing in clinical nursing of obstetrics and gynecology patients can improve patients’ anxiety, depression and unhealthy emotions, improve patients’ knowledge of disease and health, improve patients’ quality of life, and positively promote patient satisfaction effect.
