摘要:
随着我国老龄化的进程加快,以骨量降低、骨质脆性增加为特征的骨质疏松症在人群中的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。全身骨丢失及骨质量的下降会导致口腔环境不断恶化,牙齿脱落及松动可能诱发相关慢性炎症,并破坏口腔微生态的平衡。口腔环境改变与骨质疏松症在致病因素及治疗方面均存在一定相关性。为此,本文主要就骨质疏松与口腔环境之间的关系进行综述,以期提高骨质疏松症与口腔疾病的预防和治疗效果。
Abstract:
With the accelerating process of aging in my country, the incidence of osteoporosis, which is characterized by decreased bone mass and increased bone fragility, is increasing year by year.Systemic bone loss and the decline of bone quality will cause the oral environment to deteriorate. Tooth loss and loosening may induce related chronic inflammation and disrupt the oral microecological balance.There is a certain correlation between changes in the oral environment and osteoporosis in terms of pathogenic factors and treatment.To this end, this article mainly reviews the concerns between osteoporosis and the oral environment, with a view to improving the prevention and treatment effects of osteoporosis and oral diseases.
