摘要:
近年来，医疗机构在开展智慧医院建设中取得了一定成效，但也出现了盲目注重各类新技术的应用，忽视实际需求和建设效果等问题，暴露出对智慧医院理解的偏差。为此，本文通过梳理国家有关智慧医院的政策，阐述智慧医院的概念，提出建设智慧医院的路径，并进一步提出开展智慧医院的标准研究，重塑医院信息系统产品架构，建立医院信息化质控体系等，确保智慧医院建设成效，从而实现医疗服务智慧化、医院管理智能化、医院运营数据化、医院发展线上化。
Abstract:
In recent years, medical institutions have achieved certain results in the construction of smart hospitals, but there have also been problems such as blind attention to the application of various new technologies, ignoring the actual needs and construction effects, and revealing deviations in the understanding of smart hospitals.To this end, this article sorts out the country’s policies on smart hospitals, expounds the concept of smart hospitals, and proposes a path for the construction of smart hospitals.It further proposes to conduct standard research on smart hospitals, reshape the product architecture of hospital information systems, establish hospital information quality control systems, etc., to ensure the effectiveness of smart hospital construction, so as to realize smart medical services;Intelligent hospital management, digital hospital operation, and online hospital development.
