摘要:
心血管疾病是临床常见疾病,严重威胁着人类健康安全。心脏康复是对患者疾病和功能进行全面评估,通过多种多方面指导,缓解症状,改善心血管功能,以积极控制危险因素,预防疾病再发作的风险,同时也可改善心血管疾病预后,促进心功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。本文就心脏康复概述、心脏康复方法以及心脏康复发展前景作一综述,以期为临床心脏康复干预提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Cardiovascular disease is a common clinical disease, which seriously threatens human health and safety.Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s disease and function, through a variety of guidance, alleviating symptoms, improving cardiovascular function, in order to actively control risk factors and prevent the risk of disease recurrence.At the same time, it can also improve the prognosis of cardiovascular disease, promote the recovery of heart function, and improve the quality of life of patients.This article reviews the theory of cardiac rehabilitation, methods of cardiac rehabilitation and the development prospects of cardiac rehabilitation, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical cardiac rehabilitation intervention.
