摘要:
2型糖尿病是常见的一种内分泌代谢疾病,是心肌梗死、卒中等各种心血管疾病发生发展的主要危险因素。探讨2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病发病机制对预防和治疗2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病具有重要的指导作用,目前关于该病的发病机制尚不完全清楚。研究显示,高血糖、高胰岛素血症、血管内皮功能受损、炎症反应、脂肪细胞因子、动脉粥样硬化血脂异常等因素均可能参与糖尿病心血管疾病的发生发展,本文就2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病发病机制相关研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Type 2 diabetes is a common endocrine and metabolic disease and a major risk factor for the development of various cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke. To explore the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes has an important guiding role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes. At present, the pathogenesis of this disease is not completely clear. Studies show that factors such as hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, impaired vascular endothelial function, inflammatory response, adipocytokines, and atherosclerotic dyslipidemia may be involved in the development of cardiovascular disease in diabetes; this article reviews the research on the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
