摘要:
目的 探讨血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)与冠心病(CHD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系。方法 连续入选2018年1月-12月于承德医学院附属行冠状动脉造影术确诊为CHD的患者590例,将合并T2DM的患者设为研究组(173例),不合并T2DM的患者设为对照组(417例),记录患者临床资料、生化检测指标,并计算AIP值。比较两组患者的临床资料及AIP值等因素;Logistic回归分析CHD合并T2DM的危险因素;计算得到AIP的中位数为0.077,以AIP≥0.077或AIP<0.077将研究对象进行分组并纳入多因素Logistic回归危险因素模型中。结果 研究组的AIP值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,AIP是T2DM合并CHD的独立危险因素(P<0.05),相对危险度为4.179(1.684~10.374);AIP≥0.077为T2DM合并CHD的独立危险因素(P<0.05),相对危险度为1.723(1.012~2.933)。结论 CHD合并T2DM患者的AIP值高于单纯CHD患者,高AIP值是CHD合并T2DM的独立危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma arteriosclerosis index (AIP) and coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 590 patients with CHD diagnosed by coronary angiography in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University from January to December 2018 were selected. The patients with T2DM were set as the study group (173 cases), and the patients without T2DM were set as the control group (417 cases). The clinical data and biochemical indexes of the patients were recorded, and the AIP value was calculated. The clinical data and AIP values of the two groups were compared. Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of CHD with T2DM; the median of AIP was 0.077, and the research objects were grouped with AIP≥0.077 or AIP<0.077 and incorporated into the multivariate logistic regression risk factor model.Results The AIP value of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that AIP was an independent risk factor for T2DM combined with CHD (P<0.05), and the relative risk was 4.179 (1.684-10.374). AIP≥0.077 was an independent risk factor for T2DM combined with CHD (P<0.05), and the relative risk was 1.723 (1.012-2.933).Conclusion The AIP value of CHD patients with T2DM is higher than that of CHD patients. High AIP value is an independent risk factor for CHD patients with T2DM.
