摘要:
目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对人类免疫缺陷病毒/艾滋病（HIV/AIDS）患者抗病毒治疗后血脂异常的作用。方法 选取2018年7月-2019年9月我院接受抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS合并血脂异常患者74例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组37例。对照组给予健康宣教、饮食及运动干预，观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，比较两组血脂指标（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C）及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后TC、LDL-C、TG水平低于治疗前，且低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后HDL-C水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；对照组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀钙可以改善HIV/AIDS合并血脂异常患者的血脂水平，且不良反应发生率较低，应用安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on dyslipidemia in HIV / AIDS patients after antiviral therapy.Methods A total of 74 patients with HIV/AIDS complicated with dyslipidemia who received antiviral therapy in our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given health education, diet and exercise intervention, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group. The blood lipid indexes (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TC, LDL-C and TG in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C before and after treatment in the observation group (P>0.05); there was no significant difference in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C before and after treatment in the control group (P>0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can improve the blood lipid level of HIV/AIDS patients with dyslipidemia, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is safe and effective.
