摘要:
目的 比较尿常规检查与尿沉渣检查对尿液白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白指标的检验价值。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月于我院行尿液检验的130例受检者为研究对象,依次进行尿常规检查与尿沉渣检查,观察两种检测方式对白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白指标的检测效果,计算其检验符合率,比较二者检验价值。结果 尿常规检查与尿沉渣检查尿液白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿常规检查与尿沉渣检查的检验结果符合率较高,均在90%以上;以尿常规与尿沉渣联合检验结果为金标准,两种检验方式诊断白细胞、尿蛋白的检验准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但尿常规的红细胞检验准确率低于尿沉渣,其假阳性率大于尿沉渣,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 尿常规检查与尿沉渣检查对尿液白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白指标的检出效果相当,二者检测符合率高,但尿沉渣检测对尿液红细胞的检验效能优于尿常规检测。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the value of urine routine examination and urine sediment examination on urinary white blood cells, red blood cells and urinary protein indexes.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent urine test in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. Urine routine examination and urine sediment examination were carried out successively. The detection effects of the two detection methods on white blood cells, red blood cells and urinary protein indexes were observed, the coincidence rate of the test was calculated, and the test value was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection results of white blood cells, red blood cells and urinary protein between routine urine examination and urine sediment examination (P>0.05). The coincidence rate of urine routine examination and urine sediment examination was higher, both above 90%; with the combined test results of urine routine and urine sediment as the gold standard, there was no significant difference in the test accuracy of white blood cells and urine protein between the two test methods (P>0.05). However, the test accuracy of red blood cells in urine routine was lower than that in urine sediment, and the false positive rate was higher than that in urine sediment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection effect of urine routine examination and urine sediment examination on urinary white blood cells, red blood cells and urinary protein indexes is similar, and the detection coincidence rate of the two is high, but the detection effect of urine sediment examination on urinary red blood cells is better than that of urine routine examination.
