摘要:
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为主要标志的慢性代谢紊乱性疾病,可引起全身多器官组织的代谢异常,多数糖尿病患者至少患有一种并发症,其中糖尿病相关眼部改变及并发症发病率高,相关改变对糖尿病患者视力及生活质量影响较大。除最常见的糖尿病性白内障及糖尿病性视网膜病变外,糖尿病还可以引起眼部其他多结构损伤,且多结构损伤可同时存在而导致临床常规检查中忽略一些隐性的改变。因此,本文对糖尿病相关眼表的改变、糖尿病虹膜睫状体微血管改变、糖尿病晶状体改变、糖尿病眼底形态改变、糖尿病相关青光眼改变、糖尿病玻璃体改变、糖尿病眼外肌改变作一综述,以期为临床上综合评估糖尿病患者眼部情况提供更多理论依据。
Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is a group of chronic metabolic disorders marked by hyperglycemia, which can cause metabolic abnormalities in multiple organs and tissues. Most diabetic patients have at least one complication, among which diabetes-related eye changes and complications have a high incidence, and related changes have a greater impact on the visual acuity and quality of life of diabetic patients. In addition to the most common diabetic cataract and diabetic retinopathy, diabetes can also cause other multi-structural damage in the eye, and multi-structural damage can exist at the same time, resulting in ignoring some hidden changes in clinical routine examination. Therefore, this article reviews the changes of diabetes-related ocular surface, diabetic iris and ciliary body microvascular changes, diabetic lens changes, diabetic fundus morphological changes, diabetes-related glaucoma changes, diabetic vitreous changes, and diabetic extraocular muscle changes, in order to provide more theoretical basis for clinical comprehensive evaluation of eye conditions in diabetic patients.
