摘要:
目的 探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾（ACP）联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对PCT、CRP指标的影响。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年10月我院收治的支气管肺炎患儿60例，以随机数字表法将患儿分为两组。对照组（n=30）给予ACP药物治疗，观察组（n=30）给予ACP联合雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床症状消退时间、临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子水平、免疫因子水平、血气指标改善情况。结果 观察组临床症状消退时间短于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后炎性因子水平低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后免疫因子水平高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后血气指标优于治疗前，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿支气管肺炎采取ACP联合雾化吸入治疗有利于促进患儿病症早期缓解，提高药物治疗疗效，也能够改善患儿机体炎症、提高患儿免疫水平、促进血气指标恢复，临床治疗价值显著。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium (ACP) combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children and its effect on PCT and CRP indexes.Methods Sixty children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group (n=30) was treated with ACP drugs, and the observation group (n=30) was treated with ACP combined with aerosol inhalation. The clinical symptom regression time, clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factor level, immune factor level and blood gas index improvement before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptom regression time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of immune factors in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The blood gas indexes of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children with ACP combined with aerosol inhalation is beneficial to promote the early remission of children’s symptoms, improve the efficacy of drug treatment, improve the body inflammation of children, improve the immune level of children, and promote the recovery of blood gas indexes. The clinical treatment value is significant.
