摘要:
目的 分析化学发光免疫法对肿瘤生物标志物的检验效果。方法 选择2021年1月-12月我院经病理学检验确诊的50例恶性肿瘤患者为观察组,另收集50例同期体检健康者为对照组。采集研究对象静脉血标本,通过化学发光免疫法检验其血清肿瘤生物标志物含量,包括癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖链抗原-199(CA-199)、糖链抗原-125(CA-125)与糖链抗原-153(CA-153),统计并分析其检验结果。结果 观察组CEA、AFP、CA-199、CA-125、CA-153水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CEA、AFP、CA-199、CA-125、CA-153的阳性检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);CEA、AFP、CA-199、CA-125、CA-153在不同恶性肿瘤疾病中均有检出,其中CEA在肠癌中的阳性检出率最高,AFP在肝癌中的阳性检出率最高,CA-153在乳腺癌中的阳性检出率最高,CA-125在卵巢癌中的阳性检出率最高,其阳性检出率均为100.00%。结论 化学发光免疫法对肿瘤生物标志物具有较高的检出率,鉴别检验效果理想。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the test effect of chemical luminescence immunoassay on tumor biomarkers.Methods From January to December 2021, 50 patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The venous blood samples of the subjects were collected, and the contents of serum tumor biomarkers, including carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carbohydrate antigen-199 (CA-199), carbohydrate antigen-125 (CA-125) and carbohydrate antigen-153 (CA-153), were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The test results were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of CEA, AFP, CA-199, CA-125 and CA-153 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The positive detection rates of CEA, AFP, CA-199, CA-125 and CA-153 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). CEA, AFP, CA-199, CA-125 and CA-153 were detected in different malignant tumor diseases. Among them, CEA had the highest positive detection rate in colorectal cancer cases, AFP had the highest positive detection rate in liver cancer cases, CA-153 had the highest positive detection rate in breast cancer cases, CA-125 had the highest positive detection rate in ovarian cancer cases, and the positive detection rate was 100.00%.Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has a high detection effect on tumor biomarkers, and the effect of identification test is ideal.
