摘要:
目的 探究头孢他啶联合布地奈德治疗肺炎患儿的效果及对实验室指标、血清指标的影响。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年6月我院诊治76例肺炎患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组38例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗，试验组采用头孢他啶联合布地奈德治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、实验室指标[C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞计数（WBC）]、血清指标[肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白介素-8（IL-8）、白介素-6（IL-6）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）]。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后CRP、WBC水平低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、sICAM-1水平均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率略低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 头孢他啶联合布地奈德对肺炎患儿的治疗效果良好，能够有效缓解肺炎患儿的临床症状，改善血清学指标和实验室指标，具有较好的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of ceftazidime combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with pneumonia and its influence on laboratory indexes and serum indexes.Methods A total of 76 children with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide, and the experimental group was treated with ceftazidime combined with budesonide. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, laboratory indicators [C-reactive protein (CRP), white blood cell count (WBC)], serum indicators [tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-6 (IL-6), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1)] were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP and WBC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-6 and sICAM-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Ceftazidime combined with budesonide has a good therapeutic effect on children with pneumonia, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia, improve serological indicators and laboratory indicators, and has good safety.
