摘要:
目的 研究颈七针结合定点旋转扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病（CSR）的临床疗效。方法 以2022年2月-8月天津市北辰中医医院骨伤科收治的60例CSR患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例）。对照组给予定点旋转扳法治疗，观察组应用颈七针结合定点旋转扳法治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分（颈肩疼痛、上肢麻木、颈部活动受限）、疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分、颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后颈肩疼痛、上肢麻木、颈部活动受限症状积分均小于治疗前，且观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后组VAS评分、NDI指数低于治疗前，且观察组VAS评分、NDI指数低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 颈七针结合定点旋转扳法治疗CSR疗效肯定，可有效减轻患者中医症状，缓解疼痛，改善其颈椎功能。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of neck seven needles combined with fixed-point rotation pulling method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR).Methods A total of 60 patients with CSR admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Beichen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to August 2022 were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with fixed-point rotating pulling method, and the observation group was treated with neck seven needles combined with fixed-point rotating pulling method. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom scores (neck and shoulder pain, upper limb numbness, neck activity limitation), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, neck disability index (NDI) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of neck and shoulder pain, upper limb numbness and neck movement limitation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score and NDI index of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS score and NDI index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The neck seven needles combined with fixed-point rotating pulling method is effective in the treatment of CSR, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of TCM, relieve pain and improve the function of cervical spine.
