摘要:
目的 采用数据挖掘技术分析《太平圣惠方》治疗瘿病的用药规律,以期为现代中医治疗瘿病提供参考。方法 利用中医典海古籍数据库检索《太平圣惠方》有关瘿病的中药方剂,利用Excel 2019、SPSS modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 25.0对中药使用频数、性味、归经、关联规则进行分析和聚类分析,利用GraphaPad Prism 8软件绘图。结果 研究共纳入43首方剂,共涵盖58味中药,其中昆布、海藻、木通等为高频中药;药物性味以苦、辛为主,药物归经在于肺、脾、胃经;常用药物剂量为昆布50.2 g,海藻45.2 g,木通38.3 g;常用药对为“海藻-昆布”“木通-昆布”;利用聚类分析得到5类常用分类。结论 《太平圣惠方》治疗瘿病从肺脾出发,所用药物大部分具有活血散瘀功效,临床运用应注意药物安全剂量范围。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the medication rules of Prescription of Taiping Shenghui in the treatment of goiter by data mining technology, so as to provide reference for the treatment of goiter in modern Chinese medicine.Methods By using the database of ancient books of Chinese medicine Dianhai, the TCM prescriptions related to thyroid disease in Prescription of Taiping Shenghui were retrieved. Excel 2019, SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the frequency of TCM use, nature and flavour, channel tropism, association rule and cluster analysis. Graphing using GraphaPad Prism 8 software.Results A total of 43 prescriptions were included in the study, including 58 drugs, among which Kunbu, Haizao, and Mutong were high-frequency drugs. The nature and flavour of drugs was mainly bitter and pungent. The channel tropism of drugs lied in the lung, spleen, stomach; The commonly used drug doses were 50.2 g of Kunbu, 45.2 g of Haizao and 38.3 g of Mutong. Common drug pairs were "haizao-kunbu" and "mutong-kunbu". Cluster analysis was used to obtain 5 common classifications.Conclusion Prescription of Taiping Shenghui treats goiter from the lung and spleen. Most of the drugs used have the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Clinical application should pay attention to the safe dose range of drugs.
