摘要:
目的 研究延续性护理联合知信行健康教育模式对肾结石术后患者复发风险的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-5月我院收治的105例肾结石术后患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为A组（53例）和B组（52例），A组实施常规延续护理与健康教育，B组实施基于微信平台的延续护理以及知信行理论的健康教育，比较两组自我效能感、遵医行为、护理满意度、生活质量水平以及复发率。结果 两组护理后自我效能感评分、遵医行为评分、生活质量评分高于护理前，且B组高于A组（P＜0.05）；B组护理满意度为96.15%，高于A组的83.02%（P＜0.05）；随访6个月，B组复发率为7.69%，低于A组的16.98%（P＜0.05）。结论 延续性护理联合知信行健康教育模式应用于肾结石术后患者中的护理效果良好，可降低复发率，提高患者自我效能、遵医行为、生活质量水平，且患者对护理满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model on the risk of recurrence in patients with renal calculi after operation.Methods A total of 105 patients with renal calculi after operation admitted to our hospital from January to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A (53 patients) and group B (52 patients) by random number table method. Group A received routine continuous nursing and health education, while group B received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform and health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice theory. The self-efficacy, compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-efficacy, compliance behavior and quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of group B was 96.15%, which was higher than 83.02% of group A (P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of group B was 7.69%, which was lower than 16.98% of group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model has a good nursing effect in patients after renal calculi surgery, which can reduce the recurrence rate, improve patients’ self-efficacy, compliance behavior, quality of life, and patients’ satisfaction with nursing is high.
