摘要:
目的 研究快速康复外科理念联合疼痛护理在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法 以2019年5月-2021年12月井冈山市中医院行择期剖宫产术的66例产妇为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（33例）和观察组（33例）。对照组采用常规护理联合疼痛护理，观察组应用快速康复外科理念联合疼痛护理，比较两组术后疼痛程度[动态（翻身、咳嗽时）与静态（卧床平静呼吸时）]、术后恢复时间（术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、泌乳时间、住院时间）、术后并发症、术后子宫复旧情况（宫体三径线之和、宫底高度、子宫复旧不良率）。结果 观察组术后6、24、48 h VAS评分（静态、动态）低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、泌乳时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后7天、术后42天宫体三径线之和小于对照组，术后24 h、术后3天宫底高度小于对照组，且观察组子宫复旧不良率小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复外科理念联合疼痛护理可有效缓解剖宫产产妇的术后疼痛，加快其术后恢复，降低术后并发症风险，促进子宫复旧。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with pain nursing in postoperative nursing of cesarean section.Methods A total of 66 parturients who underwent elective cesarean section in Jinggangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control group (33 parturients) and observation group (33 parturients) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with pain nursing, while the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with pain nursing. The postoperative pain degree [dynamic (turning over and coughing) and static (lying in bed and breathing quietly)], postoperative recovery time (postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, lactation time, hospitalization time), postoperative complications, postoperative uterine involution (the sum of three diameters of the uterus, the height of the fundus of the uterus, the rate of uterine involution) were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores (static and dynamic) at 6, 24 and 48 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, lactation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The sum of the three diameters of the uterine body in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group at 7 days and 42 days after operation, the height of the uterine fundus at 24 hours and 3 days after operation was smaller than that in the control group, and the rate of uterine involution in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with pain nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of cesarean section women, accelerate their postoperative recovery, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and promote uterine involution.
