摘要:
目的 观察宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2023年4月我院诊治的70例宫颈癌前病变患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35）。对照组采用常规术式治疗，观察组采用宫颈环形电切术治疗，比较两组临床效果、手术指标（手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、锥切面积、锥高）、并发症发生率、复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的82.86%（P＜0.05）；观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，锥切面积、锥高均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为5.71%，低于对照组的17.14%（P＜0.05）；随访3个月，观察组复发率为5.71%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果理想，可改善临床手术指标，降低并发症发生率和复发率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of precancerous Lesions of Uterine Cervix.Methods A total of 70 patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional surgery, and the observation group was treated with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure. The clinical effects, surgical indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, wound healing time, cone cutting area, cone height), complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 82.86% in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the cone cutting area and cone height were smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix is ideal, which can improve the clinical operation index, reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
