目的 分析近五年国内外智慧医疗背景下互联网医院的研究现状与热点,为该领域后续研究与实践提供借鉴和参考。方法 以中国知网和万方数据库为中文文献数据来源,以Web of Science核心合集SCI-Expanded和SSCI子库为外文数据来源,检索2018-2022年智慧医疗互联网医院领域相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2 R3软件进行文献分析,发文量分布、发文国家/地区、发文作者与合作情况和热点前沿四个层面分析其发展脉络。结果 共纳入1624篇中文文献,2007篇英文文献;国内对于该领域的研究启动较早,近年来略有下降趋势,国外发文量呈明显上升趋势;国内研究者之间以及国内外研究者较少开展合作,而国外研究者在该领域展现更多的国际合作;国内研究从早期聚焦医疗数据、健康管理、移动支付等具体应用领域,到近年来重点关注云平台、信息技术、互联网+、医联体等技术革新和前沿性研究领域;国外研究覆盖智力障碍、社交媒体、健康信息管理、移动健康、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、物联网安全等主题,近年来更关注能效、服务质量、信息物理系统等领域。结论 近年来我国智慧医疗互联网医院领域研究略有下降趋势,该领域国外研究逐步深入,建议加强国内外研究机构间的协同合作,立足“健康中国2030”远景目标,优化智慧医疗顶层设计和配套措施,以期更好地推进互联网医院高质量发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of Internet hospitals under the background of smart healthcare at home and abroad in the past five years, and to provide reference for the follow-up research and practice in this field. Methods Chinese-language literature data were collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang databases, while English-language literature data were sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection (SCI-Expanded and SSCI sub-databases). Relevant literature in the fields of smart healthcare and Internet hospitals from 2018 to 2022 was gathered and CiteSpace 6.2 R3 software was used for literature analysis. The development context was analyzed from four aspects : the distribution of published papers, the country/region of published papers, the author and cooperation of published papers, and the hot frontier. Results A total of 1624 Chinese-language and 2007 English-language articles were included. Research in China started early in this field, with a slight decline in recent years, while international researches had shown a significant upward trend. Collaboration among Chinese researchers and between Chinese and foreign researchers was limited, with more international collaboration observed among foreign researchers. Domestic researches initially focused on specific applications such as medical data, health management, and mobile payments, but in recent years, attention had shifted toward technological innovations and research frontiers, including cloud platforms, information technology, Internet+, and medical partnerships. Foreign researches covered various topics, including intellectual disabilities, social media, health information management, mobile health, natural language processing, data mining, and Internet of Things security, with recent emphasis on energy efficiency, service quality, and cyber-physical systems. Conclusion In recent years, researches in the field of Internet hospitals in China have shown a slight decline, while foreign researches have deepened. With the aim of promoting the high-quality development of Internet hospitals, it is recommended to strengthen collaboration between domestic and international research institutions, align with the "Healthy China 2030" vision, optimize the top-level design and supporting measures for smart healthcare.
