摘要:
目的 评价基于微信平台的护理干预对病毒性肝炎患者自我管理能力及生存质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年6月龙南市第一人民医院就诊的60例病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组，每组30例。对照组接受传统健康教育，研究组在对照组基础上接受基于微信平台的护理干预，比较两组健康知识（病毒性乙型肝炎危害、表现、传播、预防、注意事项、饮食、作息、复查）掌握度、自我管理能力（自我概念、自我管理技能、自我管理责任感、健康知识）、依从性（规律生活、遵医复查、遵医用药、合理饮食）、生存质量（全身症状、腹部症状、乏力、情感功能、活动、焦虑）。结果 与对照组比较，研究组护理后健康知识掌握度各维度度评分、自我管理能力各维度评分、依从性各维度评分即生存质量各维度评分均更高（P＜0.05）。结论 基于微信平台的护理干预可提高病毒性肝炎患者的健康知识掌握度、依从性、生存质量、自我管理能力，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with virus hepatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with viral hepatitis who were treated in Longnan First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional health education, and the study group received nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. The health knowledge (viral hepatitis B hazards, manifestations, transmission, prevention, precautions, diet, work and rest, review) mastery, self-management ability (self-concept, self-management skills, self-management responsibility, health knowledge), compliance (regular life, compliance review, compliance with medical drugs, reasonable diet), quality of life (systemic symptoms, abdominal symptoms, fatigue, emotional function, activities, anxiety) were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of health knowledge mastery, self-management ability, compliance and quality of life in the study group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on WeChat platform can improve the mastery of health knowledge, compliance, quality of life and self-management ability of patients with viral hepatitis, which is worthy of clinical application.
