摘要:
目的 探讨对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者实施综合护理干预的效果。方法 按随机数字表法将遂川县人民医院2021年1月-2023年12月收治的64例慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者分成两组，即对照组和研究组，各32例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予综合护理干预。比较两组依从性、护理满意度、生活质量（躯体健康、生理功能、心理健康、整体健康、情绪角色）、并发症（胃食管反流、穿孔、出血）发生率。结果 研究组依从性（96.88%）高于对照组（75.00%）（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度（93.75%）高于对照组（78.13%）（P＜0.05）；两组护理后躯体健康、生理功能、心理健康、整体健康、情绪角色评分较护理前提升，且与对照组比较，研究组护理后各维度评分更高（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低（＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预能够提高慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者依从性、护理满意度及生活质量，且可降低并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer. Methods By using the random number table method, 64 patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer admitted to Suichuan County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the study group, with 32 patients in each group. Patients were given routine nursing in the control group, while patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention in the study group. The compliance, nursing satisfaction, quality of life (physical health, physiological function, mental health, overall health, emotional role) and complications (gastroesophageal reflux, perforation, bleeding) were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the study group (96.88%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (78.13%) (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical health, physiological function, mental health, overall health and emotional role in the two groups were higher than those before muring, and compared with the control group, the scores of each dimension in the study group were higher (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The study group had lower the incidence of complications than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, reduce the incidence of complications.
