摘要:
为创新药学服务模式，规范用药指导内容并提升药学服务质量，本文通过建立规范化的用药指导数据库，结合互联网信息技术，开发基于微信与HIS融合架构的规范化妇幼专科用药指导平台，实现了门诊精准用药指导以及远程用药指导的信息化，同时有效提升了患者对用药知识的掌握度与对药学服务的满意度。
Abstract:
In order to innovate the mode of pharmaceutical care, standardize the content of medication guidance and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care, this paper develops a standardized maternal and child specialist medication guidance platform based on the integration architecture of WeChat and HIS by establishing a standardized medication guidance database and combining Internet information technology. It realizes the informatization of outpatient precise medication guidance and remote medication guidance, and effectively improves patients′ mastery of medication knowledge and satisfaction with pharmaceutical care.
