摘要:
目的 了解突发性耳聋患者的心理状态及社会支持现状，探讨两者之间的关系，并分析潜在的影响因素。方法 以方便抽样法，采用一般资料调查问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表于2024年3-10月对巴中市部分医疗机构耳鼻喉科收治的141例突发性耳聋患者进行调查。采用Spearman相关性分析检验患者的心理状态及社会支持是否存在相关性，采用多元线性回归分析影响患者心理状态的重要因素。结果 141例突发性耳聋患者中焦虑评分（10.89±5.14）分、抑郁评分（11.34±5.36）分，处于中度焦虑抑郁；社会支持总评分39.00（28.00，45.00）分，处于中等水平，各维度评分中，主观支持23.00（17.00，27.00）分，客观支持7.00（6.00，10.00）分，对支持利用度7.00（5.00，8.00）分；心理状态与社会支持总分及各维度均呈负相关（P＜0.05）；多元线性回归分析显示，慢性病、并发症、社会支持是产生不良情绪的重要因素。结论 突发性耳聋患者的心理状态与社会支持状况亟待更多的关注与干预，以改善患者的心理健康，提升其生活质量。护理人员需施行心理干预与社会支持干预举措，密切关注患者的并发症情况，给予相应的治疗及护理措施。此外，还应重视患者的个体差异，推行个性化的干预方案。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of mental status and social support in patients with sudden deafness, to explore the relationship between the two, and to analyze the potential influencing factors. Methods A total of 141 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the otolaryngology department of some medical institutions in Bazhong City from March to October 2024 were investigated by convenient sampling method using the general information questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and the Social Support Rating Scale. Spearman correlation analysis was used to test whether there was a correlation between the patients′ mental status and social support, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the important factors affecting the mental state. Results In 141 patients with sudden deafness, the anxiety score (10.89±5.14) and depression score (11.34±5.36) were in moderate anxiety and depression; the total social support score was 39.00 (28.00, 45.00), which was in moderate level, and the scores of each dimension were 23.00 (17.00,27.00) for subjective support, 7.00 (6.00,10.00) for objective support, and 7.00 (5.00,8.00) for utilization of support; mental status was negatively correlated with the total social support score and each dimension (P<0.05); and multiple linear regression analysis showed that chronic disease, comorbidities, and social support were important factors in the development of adverse emotions. Conclusion The mental status and social support of patients with sudden deafness need more attention and intervention to improve their mental health and quality of life. Healthcare professionals need to implement mental and social support interventions, pay close attention to the patient′s complications, and provide appropriate treatment and care measures. In addition, they should pay attention to the individual differences of patients and implement personalized intervention programs.
