摘要:
目的 探讨腺病毒感染患儿细胞因子及淋巴细胞亚群水平与病情预后的相关性,为临床诊断、治疗和预后评估提供理论依据。方法 选择2023年2月-2025年1月安远县人民医院收治的感染腺病毒的患儿33例以及同期未感染腺病毒的患儿33例作为研究对象,将其分为感染组和未感染组。采用流式液相蛋白定量技术检测血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平,流式细胞术检测外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值,分析上述指标与病情预后的相关性。结果 感染组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、TNF水平均高于未感染组,而IFN-γ水平均低于未感染组(P<0.05)。感染组淋巴细胞亚群水平均低于未感染组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、TNF水平与腺病毒感染患儿病情预后均呈现正相关(r=0.653、0.584、0.727、0.682、0.754,P<0.05),IFN-γ、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平与腺病毒感染患儿病情预后均呈现负相关(r=-0.626、-0.554、-0.608、-0.506、-0.703,P<0.05)。结论 腺病毒感染患儿细胞因子及淋巴细胞亚群水平与病情预后密切相关,可作为潜在生物标志物和治疗靶点,为改善患儿预后提供新思路。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of cytokines and lymphocyte subsets in children with adenovirus infection and the prognosis of the disease, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation. Methods From February 2023 to January 2025, 33 children with adenovirus infection and 33 children without adenovirus infection admitted to Anyuan County People′s Hospital during the same period were selected as the research objects. They were divided into infection group and non-infection group. The levels of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were detected by flow cytometry. The ratio of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. The correlation between the above indexes and the prognosis of the disease was analyzed. Results The levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infection group, while the levels of IFN-γ were lower than those in the non-infection group (P<0.05). The levels of lymphocyte subsets in the infected group were lower than those in the non-infection group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF were positively correlated with the prognosis of children with adenovirus infection (r=0.653, 0.584, 0.727, 0.682, 0.754, P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were negatively correlated with the prognosis of children with adenovirus infection (r=-0.626, -0.554, -0.608, -0.506, -0.703, P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of cytokines and lymphocyte subsets in children with adenovirus infection are closely related to the prognosis of the disease, which can be used as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets to provide new ideas for improving the prognosis of children.
