科技期刊编辑在期刊中扮演着多种角色，既是期刊的把关者，出版流程的执行者，期刊内容与灵魂的塑造者，同时也是读者、作者、专家、主编的战友和协作者。所以编辑素质决定了期刊的长远发展。高品质、国际化军事医学英文科技期刊要求塑造和凸显军事医学特色，促进军事医学与民用医学的融合与互补，在国际科技期刊的领域具备竞争力。所以要求编辑紧跟国际出版的形势，强化自身学科专业特色，具备规范的学术出版理念、多向协调和国际交流能力，保持跨领域学习和更新能力，为提升期刊内容质量、塑造期刊品牌助力。
Abstract:
Abstract：The editors of sci-tech periodicals play a variety of roles in the journals.They are not only the gatekeepers of the periodicals,the executors of the publishing process,the shapers of the contents and the soul of the periodicals,but also the comrades and collaborators of the readers,authors,experts and editors-in-chief.Therefore,editorial quality determines the long-term development of periodicals.High-quality,internationalized English sci-tech journals of military medicine require to shape and highlight the characteristics of military medicine,to promote the integration and complementarity of military medicine and civilian medicine,and to be competitive in the field of international sci-tech journals.Therefore,it is required that the editor should follow the international publishing situation,strengthen the professional characteristics of its own subject,have the standard academic publishing concept,multi direction coordination and international communication ability,and maintain the ability to learn and update across the field,in order to improve the quality of the periodical content and create the power of the periodical brand.
