摘要:
目的 分析《临床军医杂志》主要评价指标的优劣及变化趋势，并对其在临床医学综合类中国科技核心期刊中的排名情况进行分析，为提升期刊质量提供依据。方法 从2016年~2019年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》中提取综合评价总分较高的《中国全科医学》《实用医学杂志》《中华危重病急救医学》及总分较低的《中华医学美学美容杂志》《临床输血与检验》，在核心总被引频次、核心影响因子方面与《临床军医杂志》进行比较，分析上述6本期刊的地区分布数、机构分布数、平均作者数、平均引文数、载文量和基金论文比及4年间《临床军医杂志》的综合评价。结果 31本临床医学综合类期刊中，综合评价总分较高的《中国全科医学》《实用医学杂志》《中华危重病急救医学》同样具有较高的核心总被引频次和核心影响因子，两项引证指标均高于《临床军医杂志》；上述3本期刊在稿源分布、稿源质量、篇均页码、基金论文比方面也同样优于《临床军医杂志》。《临床军医杂志》2016年~2019年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》~2018年综合评价总分分别为29.66、37.50、39.90、42.40分，在学科排名和总排名中均位于中游水平。结论 《临床军医杂志》与本学科高分期刊仍有一定的差距。优化组稿稿源分布、提升稿源质量、增加文章篇幅、提高基金论文比是《临床军医杂志》近年来的工作目标，仍需不断提高期刊的影响力和学术质量，进而在总被引频次和影响因子方面取得进步，提高期刊综合评价总分。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the main evaluation indexes of the Clinical Journal of Medical Officers and their changing trends,and further analyze the ranking of the indexes in the general category of clinical medicine of the Chinese S&T Journal,so as to provide basis for improving the quality of the journals.Methods From the 2016-2019 editions of the Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports, extract the higher overall scores of the Chinese General Practice, the Journal of Practical Medicine, Chinese Critical Care Medicine, and the lower total scores of Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology, Journalof Clinical Transfusionand Laboratory Medicine ,comparing with Clinical Journal of Medical Officers in terms of core total citation frequency and core impact factors,analyze the regional distribution number, institutional distribution number, average number of authors, average number of citations, number of papers, and ratio of funded papers of the above 6 journals, and the comprehensive evaluation of Clinical Journal of Medical Officers in the past four years.Results Among the 31 comprehensive clinical medicine journals, Chinese General Practice, the Journal of Practical Medicine and Chinese Critical Care Medicine with higher comprehensive evaluation scores also have higher core total citations and core impact factors. All citation indicators are higher than those of Clinical Journal of Medical Officers;The above three journals are also superior to the Clinical Journal of Medical Officers in terms of manuscript source distribution, manuscript source quality, average page number, and funded paper ratio.The total scores of the comprehensive evaluation of the Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports from 2016 to 2019 in the Clinical Journal of Medical Officers to 2018 were 29.66, 37.50, 39.90, and 42.40 points, which were in the middle level of the subject rankings and the overall rankings.Conclusion There is still a gap between the Clinical Journal of Medical Officers and the journal with high scores in this subject.In recent years,the objective of the Clinical Journal of Medical Officers is to optimize the distribution of contributions,improve the quality of contributions,increase the length of articles and improve the fund paper ratio.It is still necessary to continuously improve the influence and academic quality of journals,so as to make progress in the total citation frequency and impact factors and improve the overall score of comprehensive evaluation of journals.
