摘要:
目的 观察美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常中辅以归脾汤的效果及预后。方法 选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者110例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上辅以归脾汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、24 h心律失常发生率、室性早搏次数以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组24 h心律失常发生率、室性早搏次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.27%,低于对照组的12.72%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 临床治疗冠心病合并心律失常中在美托洛尔的基础上辅以归脾汤,可以有效改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少、治疗效果更显著,值得临床借鉴应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect and prognosis of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia with Guipi Decoction. Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol. The group was treated with Guipi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, 24 h arrhythmia, ventricular premature beats and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%, which was higher than that of the control group 78.18%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia and ventricular premature beats in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24 h (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.27%, which was lower than that in the control group 12.72%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia combined with metoprolol supplemented with Guipi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the adverse reactions are less, the treatment effect is more significant, it is worthy of clinical application.
