摘要:
目的 调查高校低年级不同层次护理专业学生学习倦怠现状以及影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取2018年3月~5月湖北科技学院护理学院全日制护理学专业2017级本科、技能本科和专科共162名护生,采用《一般资料调查问卷》和《学习倦怠调查问卷》对学生学习倦怠现状进行调查,比较不同层次、性别学生倦怠情况。结果 共发放问卷170份,有效回收162份,其中男生19名、女生143名。不同层次护生情绪低落、行为不当维度及学习倦怠总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),成就感低维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);技能本科与专科的行为不当、情绪低落维度及学习倦怠总分均高于统招本科,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男生学习倦怠总分及成就感低维度得分高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低年级护生学习倦怠的情况需要得到重视,本科、技能本科的学习倦怠情况较统招本科更加明显,护理教育者在针对这三个不同专业层次护生的学习倦怠情况的应对对策也应当有所不同。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of learning burnout among nursing students at different levels in colleges and universities.Methods A convenient sampling method was adopted,and a total of 162 nursing students with a 2017 undergraduate,technical undergraduate,and junior college major in nursing from March to May 2018 in the School of Nursing of Hubei University of Science and Technology were selected.“The General Information Questionnaire”and“The Learning Burnout Questionnaire”investigate the status of student burnout and compare the burnout of students at different levels and genders.Results A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed and 162 were effectively recovered,of which 19 were boys and 143 were girls.There were statistically significant differences in the levels of depression,inappropriate behavior,and total learning burnout among nursing students at different levels(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of low-level achievements (P>0.05)Skilled undergraduates and colleges The scores of behavioral misconduct,depression,and total learning burnout were higher than those of the undergraduate enrollment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall scores of male burnout and low achievement scores were higher for boys than for girls,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The learning burnout of lower grade nursing students needs to be taken seriously.The learning burnout of undergraduates and technical undergraduates is more obvious than that of unified recruitment of undergraduates.Nursing educators should also take countermeasures against the learning burnout of nursing students at these three different professional levels.
