摘要:
目的 分析阿托伐他汀联合黄连素对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选择2017年3月~2019年3月在我院诊治的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者108例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各54例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合黄连素治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经功能缺损评分及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（92.59%）高于对照组（81.48%）（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；对照组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 阿托伐他汀联合黄连素对糖尿病合并脑梗死疗效确切，有助于降低血糖水平，改善神经功能缺损评分，且临床用药安全。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of atorvastatin combined with berberine on diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 108 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected, and using the random number table method to divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, and the observation group combined with berberine treatment on the basis of the control group, the total clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, neurological deficit score and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (92.59%) was higher than that in the control group (81.48%)(P<0.05); after treatment, the fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 h after meal, and glycated hemoglobin were lower than before treatment. And the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); the control group before and after treatment of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The neurological deficit scores in the group were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with berberine has a definite effect on diabetes combined with cerebral infarction, which can help reduce blood glucose levels, improve neurological deficit scores, and is safe for clinical medication.
