摘要:
目的 随着循证医学的兴起，临床医护人员需要更专业的信息支持服务，这对医院图书馆信息服务提出了更高的要求。本文主要分析医院图书馆转型发展的必要性、医院图书馆转型发展的实践、工作展望与建议，提出通过加强医院图书馆宣传与培训、使其嵌入临床工作，开展以需求为导向的服务，为临床工作提供循证医学服务。
Abstract:
With the rise of evidence-based medicine, clinical medical staff need more professional information support services, which puts forward higher requirements for hospital library information services. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of hospital library transformation and development, hospital library transformation and development practices, work prospects and suggestions, and proposes to strengthen hospital library publicity and training to make it embedded in clinical work, develop demand-oriented services, provide evidence-based medicine services for clinical work.
