摘要:
随着信息化和医学水平的快速不断发展，医院图书馆需要提供更加专业、深入、有效和有针对性的信息服务。在学科馆员制度的产生下，具有医学背景的学科馆员成为了图书馆提供信息服务的主体，而学科馆员的职业素养与能力直接关系着服务的质量。本文基于新形势下医院的信息需求，研究了医院图书馆中学科馆员所要求的职业素养，包括信息素养、医学专业素养、职业道德素养，以及医院图书馆中学科馆员需要提高的能力，包括外语能力、沟通能力、追踪能力。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology and medical level, hospital libraries need to provide more professional, in-depth, effective and targeted information services. Under the subject librarian system, subject librarians with medical background have become the main body of information services provided by libraries, and the professional quality and ability of subject librarians are directly related to the quality of services. Based on the information needs of hospitals under the new situation, this paper analyzes and studies the professional qualities required by subject librarians in hospital libraries, including information literacy, medical professionalism, professional ethics, and the ability of subject librarians in hospital libraries to improve. Including foreign language ability, communication ability, and tracking ability, the aim is to provide direction for the professional quality and ability improvement of the subject librarian.
