摘要:
目的 分析简阳地区2019年0~12岁儿童维生素D营养状况,了解简阳地区儿童维生素D营养缺乏现状,并提出相应补充营养的建议。方法 选取简阳地区2019年1月1日~12月31日0~12岁在简阳市人民医院门诊、住院及体检的儿童6978例,通过化学发光法检测其维生素D水平,根据性别(男/女)和年龄(0~1岁、2~6岁、7~12岁)分组,比较不同性别、年龄儿童维生素D水平,分析该地区儿童维生素D营养状况。结果 该地区儿童维生素D缺乏率为40.21%,正常率为59.79%,其中男童维生素D缺乏率为39.53%,正常率为60.47%;女童维生素D缺乏率为41.07%,正常率为58.93%。0~1岁组维生素D缺乏、正常率分别为38.45%、61.55%;2~6岁组儿童维生素D缺乏、正常率分别为31.40%、68.60%;7~12岁组维生素D缺乏、正常率分别为69.91%、30.09%。不同性别儿童维生素D缺乏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄儿童维生素D缺乏率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 简阳地区0~12岁儿童血清维生素D总体缺乏率较高,7~12岁学龄儿童尤其明显;维生素D缺乏可能与维生素D补充不足和长期缺乏阳光照射有关,为有效预防儿童佝偻病的发生,应加强对重点人群特别是生长发育旺盛的儿童以及处于学龄期儿童的家长进行健康宣教,以提高本地区儿童维生素D水平。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the vitamin D nutrition status of children aged 0-12 in Jianyang area in 2019, to understand the current status of vitamin D nutrition deficiency in children in Jianyang area, and to propose corresponding nutritional supplements.Methods 6978 children who were 0-12 years old in the outpatient, inpatient and physical examinations of Janyang City People’s Hospital from January 1st to December 31st, 2019 were selected to detect their vitamin D levels by chemiluminescence, according to gender (male/female) Group with age (0-1 year old, 2-6 year old, 7-12 year old), compare vitamin D levels of different genders and ages, and analyze the vitamin D nutritional status of children in this area.Results The vitamin D deficiency rate of children in this area is 40.21% and the normal rate is 59.79%, among which the vitamin D deficiency rate of boys is 39.53% and the normal rate is 60.47%; the vitamin D deficiency rate of girls is 41.07% and the normal rate is 58.93%. Vitamin D deficiency and normal rate in the 0 ~ 1 year old group were 38.45% and 61.55% respectively; vitamin D deficiency and normal rate in the 2 ~ 6 year old group were 31.40% and 68.60%; vitamin D deficiency and normal rate in the 7-12 year old group were 69.91% and 30.09% respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the vitamin D deficiency rate of children of different genders (P>0.05); there was a statistically significant difference in the vitamin D deficiency rate of children of different ages(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall rate of serum vitamin D deficiency among children aged 0-12 in Jianyang is relatively high, especially among school-aged children aged 7-12; vitamin D deficiency may be related to insufficient vitamin D supplementation and long-term lack of sun exposure. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of rickets in children,strengthen health education for key populations, especially children with vigorous growth and development and parents of school-age children, in order to increase the vitamin D level of children in the region.
