血糖波动是血糖平衡的一个重要组成部分,尽管尚无明确证据证实血糖波动是糖尿病并发症的独立危险因素,但血糖波动与糖尿病相关并发症关系密切。已有研究证实,血糖波动可以代表体内过度的血糖游离,并由此预测高血糖或低血糖的风险。本文主要从血糖波动对糖尿病血管病变、神经病变的影响,及其与认知障碍、外科术后感染、低血糖的关系等进行综述,旨在明确血糖波动对糖尿病患者的影响。
Abstract:
Blood glucose fluctuations are an important part of blood glucose balance. Although there is no clear evidence that blood glucose fluctuations are independent risk factors for diabetes complications, blood glucose fluctuations are closely related to diabetes-related complications. Studies have confirmed that blood glucose fluctuations can represent excessive blood glucose free in the body, and thereby predict the risk of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. This article mainly reviews the effects of blood glucose fluctuations on diabetic vascular disease and neuropathy, and its relationship with cognitive impairment, postoperative infections, and hypoglycemia, in order to clarify the impact of blood glucose fluctuations on diabetic patients.
