摘要:
目的 系统评价芳香疗法改善睡眠障碍人群睡眠质量的有效性。方法 计算机检索CNKI、CBM、万方、PubMed、Medline、Web of science、EMbase,收集关于芳香疗法改善睡眠障碍人群睡眠质量的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至 2020年2月3日,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 芳香疗法能有效改善睡眠障碍[MD=-3.82,95%CI(-5.41,-2.24),P<0.00001]。亚组分析结果显示,不同干预周期、干预对象、干预对象性别亚组的芳香疗法治疗效果均优于对照组。但不同干预类型亚组中,吸入芳香疗法优于对照组,非吸入芳香疗法无明显优势。结论 芳香疗法能在一定程度上改善睡眠障碍,但由于本研究受纳入研究数量及质量限制,上述结论需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically review the efficacy of aromatherapy in improving sleep quality in people with sleep disorders.Methods Computer search of CNKI, CBM, Wanfang, Pubmed, Medline, Web of science, EMbase, and collection of randomized controlled trials on aromatherapy to improve sleep quality in people with sleep disorders. The search time limit was to build the database until February 3, 2020.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results Aromatherapy could effectively improve sleep disorders[MD=-3.82,95%CI(-5.41,-2.24),P<0.000 01]. The results of subgroup analysis showed that aromatherapy treatment effects of different intervention periods, intervention subjects, and gender subgroups of intervention subjects were better than those of the control group. However, in the subgroups of different intervention types, inhaled aromatherapy was better than the control group, and non-inhaled aromatherapy had no obvious advantages.Conclusion Aromatherapy can improve sleep disorders to a certain extent, but due to the limited number and quality of included studies in this study, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.
