摘要:
目的 探讨血浆BNP、PDW与RDW联合测定诊断慢性心力衰竭的价值。方法 选择2019年8月~2020年7月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者100例作为研究组,根据美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为Ⅱ级组(42例)、Ⅲ级组(36例)、Ⅳ级组(22例),遵循1:1匹配原则选择100名同期来我院体检的健康志愿者作为对照组,比较各组血浆BNP、PDW、RDW水平,分析其与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级的相关性。结果 研究组血浆BNP、PDW、RDW水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组血浆BNP、PDW、RDW水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析,血浆BNP、PDW、RDW水平与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.861、0.584、0.474,P<0.05)。结论 血浆BNP、PDW、RDW水平与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级呈正相关,随着慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级增高而呈递增趋势,在慢性心力衰竭患者诊断、病情及心功能评估中具有一定的价值。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of combined determination of plasma BNP, PDW and RDW in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study group. According to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification, they were divided into grade II (n=42), grade III (n=36) and grade IV (n=22). According to the principle of 1:1 matching, 100 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group.The plasma levels of BNP, PDW, and RDW in each group were compared, and their correlation with the cardiac function classification of patients with chronic heart failure was analyzed.Results The levels of plasma BNP, PDW, and RDW in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The plasma BNP, PDW, and RDW levels of the Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma BNP, PDW, RDW levels were positively correlated with the cardiac function classification of patients with chronic heart failure (r=0.861,0.584,0.474,P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma levels of BNP, PDW and RDW are positively correlated with the cardiac function classification of patients with chronic heart failure, and show an increasing trend with the increase of the cardiac function classification of patients with chronic heart failure, which has certain significance in the diagnosis, condition and evaluation of heart function in patients with chronic heart failure value.
