摘要:
目的 探讨口腔专科护士核心能力现状及影响因素。方法 选取2019年8月天津市三甲医院口腔专科护士170名作为研究对象,采用口腔专科核心能力量表、社会支持量表、医院内组织氛围量表分析口腔专科护士核心能力、社会支持水平及医院内组织氛围情况。结果 共发放问卷170份,回收有效问卷162份,回收有效率为95.29%。162名护士核心能力量表条目均分为(3.92±0.70)分,核心能力处于中等水平的护士13名,处于高水平的护士149名,各维度条目均分由高到低依次为专业态度、人际交往能力、评判性思维、专业实践能力、教育咨询能力、专业发展能力、管理能力;不同社会支持水平、不同医院组织氛围等级口腔专科护士核心能力及各维度能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,团队组织氛围得分、社会支持得分是口腔护士核心能力的影响因素,二者解释核心能力得分总变异的23%。结论 口腔专科护士核心能力处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应该重视护士社会支持及医院内组织氛围的提高,促进口腔专科护士核心能力,提高护理质量。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the current status and influencing factors of the core competence of dental specialist nurses.Methods A total of 170 dental specialist nurses in Tianjin’s three A hospitals in August 2019 were selected as the research objects. The core competency scale, social support scale, and hospital organizational climate scale were used to analyze the core competence, social support level and hospital of dental specialist nurses. The internal organizational climate.Results A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed, and 162 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective rate was 95.29%. The 162 nurses’ core competency scale items were equally divided into (3.92±0.70) points,there are 13 nurses with intermediate core competence and 149 nurses with high level. Each dimension item is divided into professional attitude, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, professional practice ability, education consulting ability, professional development in descending order. Ability and management ability; the difference in core competence and abilities of various dimensions of oral specialist nurses at different levels of social support and different hospital organizational atmosphere levels was statistically significant (P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that team organization climate score and social support score were the influencing factors of oral nurses’ core competence, and the two explained 23% of the total variation of core competence score.Conclusion The core competence of dental specialist nurses is in the upper-middle level. Nursing managers should pay attention to the social support of nurses and the improvement of the organizational atmosphere in the hospital to promote the core competence of dental specialist nurses and improve the quality of nursing.
