摘要:
目的 探究运动-心理-睡眠护理干预对帕金森患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法 选取2019年6月~12月南京医科大学附属脑科医院老年医学科帕金森病房收治的帕金森患者80例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，试验组在此基础上行运动-心理-睡眠护理干预，比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分情况。结果 两组干预后SAS和SDS评分均降低，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 运动-心理-睡眠护理干预应用于帕金森患者护理中，可有效地减轻患者负性情绪，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of exercise-psychological-sleep care intervention on anxiety and depression of Parkinson’s patients.Methods A total of 80 Parkinson’s patients admitted to the Parkinson’s Ward of the Department of Geriatrics, Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care, and the experimental group performed exercise-psychological-sleep nursing intervention on this basis, and compared the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced, and the test group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise-psychological-sleep nursing intervention applied in the nursing of Parkinson’s patients can effectively reduce the patients’ negative emotions and improve the patients’ quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
