摘要:
随着我国老龄化进程的加快,股骨粗隆间骨折发生率不断上升,严重影响患者的生活质量及身体健康。随着临床对股骨粗隆间骨折的认识不断加深,其治疗方式逐渐呈多样化趋势。不同治疗方式的临床效果也存在一定差异,如何科学、合理的选择治疗方案至关重要。基于此,本文主要从股骨粗隆间骨折的保守治疗、手术治疗、中医药治疗等方面进行综述,以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of the aging process in my country, the incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is increasing, which seriously affects the quality of life and physical health of patients.As the clinical understanding of femoral intertrochanteric fractures continues to deepen, its treatment methods are gradually showing a diversified trend.There are also certain differences in the clinical effects of different treatment methods, and how to choose a treatment plan scientifically and reasonably is very important.Based on this, this article mainly reviews the conservative treatment, surgical treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, in order to provide references for clinical treatment of the disease.
