摘要:
目的 研究家庭干预对过敏性鼻炎患者自我护理能力、临床症状改善的影响。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月我院诊治的108例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各54例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭干预，比较两组临床症状（鼻痒、鼻涕、鼻堵症状）评分、自我护理能力评分、遵医行为评分、护理满意度以及复发率。结果 观察组鼻痒、鼻涕、鼻堵症状评分均对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、自我疾病健康知识评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者遵医嘱用药、按时复查、配合护理评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.29%，高于对照组的85.18%（P＜0.05）；随访1个月，观察组复发率为5.56%，低于对照组的12.96%（P＜0.05）。结论 家庭干预可改善过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状，减轻患者痛苦，增强自我护理能力，提高遵医行为和护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of family intervention on self-care ability and improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by a random number table method, with 54 cases in each group.The control group adopts routine nursing care, and the observation group implements family intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms (nasal itching, nasal discharge, and nasal congestion symptoms) scores, self-care ability scores, compliance behavior scores, nursing satisfaction, and recurrence rate are compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nasal itching, nasal discharge and nasal blockage in the observation group were all in the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group’s self-care skills, self-care responsibility, self-concept, self-disease health knowledge scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The patients in the observation group had higher scores in compliance with the doctor’s prescription, re-examination, and cooperative nursing than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.29%, which was higher than 85.18% of the control group(P<0.05);After 1 month of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.56%, which was lower than the 12.96% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, relieve the suffering of patients, enhance self-care ability, and improve compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
