摘要:
目的 观察过敏性鼻炎患者血清中TGF-β1、IL-5和IL-10的表达水平,并探讨在过敏性鼻炎中的作用。方法 选取2019年1月-2022年4月在昌邑市人民医院就诊的30例过敏性鼻炎患者作为观察组,并选取30例同期正常健康查体人群作为对照组,比较两组血清TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10水平,探讨观察组TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10与病情持续时间、是否有睡眠障碍及是否伴打鼾的关系以及TGF-β1与IL-5、IL-10的相关性。结果 观察组血清TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10与病情持续时间、是否有睡眠障碍及是否伴打鼾均无关(P>0.05);TGF-β1与IL-5(r=0.349,P=0.029)、IL-10(r=0.388,P=0.017)均呈正相关。结论 过敏性鼻炎患者血清中TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10的表达高于健康人群,且其TGF-β1的表达与IL-5、IL-10的表达呈正相关。TGF-β1、IL-5、IL-10参与了过敏性鼻炎的发生发展。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the expression levels of serum TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 of patients with allergic rhinitis, and to explore the role of TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 in allergic rhinitis.Methods Thirty patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in Changyi People’s Hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 30 normal healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups. The relationship between TGF-β1, IL-5, IL-10 and the duration of the disease, whether there is sleep disorder and whether there was snoring, and the correlation between TGF-β1 and IL-5, IL-10 in the observation group were discussed.Results The expression levels of serum TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 in the observation group were not related to the duration of the disease, whether there was sleep disorder and whether there was snoring (P>0.05). TGF-β1 was positively correlated with IL-5 (r=0.349, P=0.029) and IL-10 (r=0.388, P=0.017).Conclusion The expression of serum TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 of patients with allergic rhinitis is higher than that of healthy people, and the expression of TGF-β1 is positively correlated with the expression of IL-5 and IL-10. TGF-β1, IL-5 and IL-10 are involved in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis.
