摘要:
目的 研究米曲菌胰酶片联合莫沙必利治疗老年患者功能性消化不良的效果。方法 选取2018年9月~2020年11月我院接诊的82例老年功能性消化不良患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各41例。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予米曲菌胰酶片治疗，比较两组临床治疗疗效、临床症状评分、胃功能指标以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%，高于对照组的82.92%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组上腹胀、嗳气、早饱、食欲下降、肠鸣各症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组LEP、MTL均高于对照组，CRH低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床不良反应发生率为7.31%，与对照组的9.75%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 米曲菌胰酶片联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性消化不良效果确切，可提高临床治疗总有效率，改善患者临床症状及胃功能，且不会增加不良反应，具有良好的临床应用有效性和安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin tabletcombined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride, and the observation group was treated with Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin tablet on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment efficacy, clinical symptom scores, gastric function indexes and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.12%, which was higher than 82.92% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The upper abdominal distension, belching, early satiety, decreased appetite, and bowel symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The LEP and MTL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the CRH was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.31%, compared with 9.75% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin tabletcombined with mosapride have a definite effect on elderly functional dyspepsia.It can increase the total effective rate of clinical treatment, improve the clinical symptoms and gastric function of patients, and will not increase adverse reactions, and has good clinical application effectiveness and safety.
