摘要:
目的 了解我国医院绩效考核研究现状,把握研究热点及趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法 以CNKI为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法,用CiteSpace软件对医院绩效考核相关文献进行分析,使用Excel统计发文量和核心期刊载文量。结果 共纳入文献625篇,医院绩效考核领域的文献量呈增长趋势;发文量≥5篇的作者有9人,排名前3的分别是谢世堂、周海迎、尹金淑;发文量≥6篇的机构6个,排名前3的是首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院、华中科技大学同济医学院医药卫生管理学院、上海申康医院发展中心;中心度≥0.1的关键词有25个,为绩效考核的主要研究热点;分级诊疗、医疗联合体、对策、以资源为基础的相对价值比率为近来持续关注的研究热点。结论 我国医院绩效考核研究热点侧重于绩效分配,分级诊疗和绩效考核对策是未来需要关注的重点;公立医院需要在充分调研和学习的基础上,使用科学的测算方法,结合自身实际探索构建适合本医院的绩效考核模式。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of hospital performance appraisal research in China, grasp research hotspots and trends, and provide references for related research.Methods Using CNKI as the data source, using bibliometrics methods, CiteSpace software was used to analyze the literature related to hospital performance appraisal, and Excel was used to count the number of articles published and the amount of articles in core journals.Results A total of 625 documents were included, and the amount of documents in the field of hospital performance appraisal showed an increasing trend; there were 9 authors who published more than 5 articles, and the top 3 were Xie Shitang, Zhou Haiying, and Yin Jinshu;There were 6 institutions with more than 6 articles, and the top 3 were the Beijing Shijitan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, the School of Medicine and Health Management of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center;There were 25 keywords with centrality ≥ 0.1, which were the main research hotspots of performance appraisal; hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, medical complexes, countermeasures, and resource-based relative value ratios were recent research hotspots that had been continuously concerned.Conclusion The research hotspot of hospital performance appraisal in China focuses on performance distribution, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and performance appraisal countermeasures are the focus of attention in the future;Public hospitals need to use scientific measurement methods on the basis of full research and learning, and combine their own actual explorations to construct a performance appraisal model suitable for the hospital.
