摘要:
目的 分析脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者采取温针灸配合康复训练治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年4月5日-2020年4月5日收治的脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者118例作为研究对象，采用随机综合平衡法将患者分为对照组与实验组，各59例。对照组采用手足十二针配合康复治疗，实验组采用温针灸配合康复训练治疗，比较两组疗效、运动功能、神经功能、生活质量、日常生活能力。结果 实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组NHISS评分低于对照组，MAS、FIM、肩关节活动度评分及BP、PF、RP、MH、SF评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组关节肿胀、关节疼痛、活动受限评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采取温针灸配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征可促进疾病恢复，有效改善神经、运动、日常生活能力，恢复肩关节活动度，提高患者生活质量，治疗效果确切。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 118 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke treated in our hospital from April 5, 2018 to April 5, 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random comprehensive balance method, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with twelve hand and foot acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The curative effects, motor function, neurological function, quality of life and ability of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The scores of NHISS, MAS, FIM, shoulder mobility, BP, PF, RP, MH and SF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The scores of joint swelling, joint pain and activity limitation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can promote disease recovery, effectively improve nerve, motor and daily living ability, effectively restore shoulder joint activity and improve patients’ quality of life, the treatment effect is exact.
