摘要:
目的 分析腰背肌筋膜炎患者接受温针灸联合中药热奄包治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年7月~2018年6月我科收治的腰背肌筋膜炎患者80例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组患者接受普通针刺治疗，研究组患者接受温针灸联合中药热奄包治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效和疼痛症状改善情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS、PPI、PRI评分均低于治疗前，且研究组VAS、PPI、PRI评分分别为（1.56±1.17）分、（0.89±0.63）分、（3.24±1.25）分，低于对照组的（3.52±1.24）分、（3.57±1.34）分、（4.36±1.14）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中药热奄包配合温针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎，疗效显著，可改善腰背部功能，提高生活质量，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot pack in patients with lumbar and dorsal myofascitis. Methods 80 patients with lumbar and dorsal myofascitis admitted to our department from July 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received ordinary acupuncture treatment. The patients in the study group received warm acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot pack, and the clinical efficacy and pain symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS, PPI, and PRI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS, PPI, and PRI scores of the study group were(1.56±1.17),(0.89±0.63) and(3.24±1.25),which was lower than that of the control group (3.52±1.24),(3.57±1.34) and (4.36±1.14), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot pack and warm acupuncture treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascitis, the effect is significant, can improve the function of the lower back and improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
