摘要:
目的 研究温针灸联合刺络放血拔罐对疼痛期肩周炎患者肩关节活动度及疼痛的影响。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院诊治的78例疼痛期肩周炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用温针灸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合刺络放血拔罐治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、肩关节活动度评分、疼痛（VAS）评分、肩关节功能评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组肩关节活动度评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组VAS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组肩关节功能评分高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 温针灸联合刺络放血拔罐治疗疼痛期肩周炎效果确切，可提高治疗总有效率，改善肩关节活动度，恢复肩关节功能，减轻疼痛，且不良反应少，是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with blood-letting puncturing and cupping on shoulder joint mobility and pain in patients with periarthritis of shoulder during pain.Methods A total of 78 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in pain stage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with blood-letting puncturing and cupping on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, shoulder joint activity score, pain (VAS) score, shoulder joint function score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The shoulder joint activity scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The shoulder joint function score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with blood-letting puncturing and cupping has a definite effect on periarthritis of shoulder in pain stage, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, improve the activity of shoulder joint, restore the function of shoulder joint, reduce pain, and has less adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective treatment scheme.
